Window and glass cleaners for streak-free surfaces
Glass cleaner is judged on one thing: what is left behind once the surface dries. A formulation that evaporates fast and lifts grease without leaving a film keeps windows, mirrors, display cases and vehicle glazing clear under direct light, which is where smears show first.
Aerosols of 500 ml suit quick touch-ups and vertical panes, because the spray stays where it lands. Trigger sprays of 750 ml work out cheaper per pane on repeat cleaning rounds and let you dose exactly what the surface needs.
Check compatibility before you spray: some formulas are safe on coated, tinted or plastic glazing, others attack the coating or craze acrylic, and ammonia-based products are best kept away from tinted film. Work top to bottom with a clean microfibre cloth and change it as soon as it loads up, since a saturated cloth redeposits the dirt you just removed.
